Down 5!

Fitness: This week is a lot easier than last week, I can now run .5 miles without stopping and I am not as sore as I was last week. When I first started I got winded walking up the driveway so in just over 2 weeks to be able to run .5 miles I'm pretty excited!

Food: I never knew I could cook, and I really like it. Weight Watchers is all about planning... all my dinners & lunches are planned on Saturday or Sunday making it so easy to both food shop and cook. I had to kick my mum out of the kitchen last night because I wanted to cook... I don't think she minded! Last weekend I made dinner for Mimi and Poppa and we had raspberry crepes for dessert... they were so good! It helps to also have a lot of WW Cookbooks to work with!



Weighed in Saturday. Lost 1.2... thought I was going to do better BUT a pound is a pound!


Total weight loss: 5.6lbs

    Good for you Jen! Planning is the key, well that and not buying the fattening stuff to begin with!
    Paying attention to what you eat and when, also exercising, will get you the results you are looking for.
